I personally find this descrimination lark, is getting way over the top and finding it's way into areas of life that plainly does not warrant this kind ridicule.
Too many people revert to it, too many groups are settling into it and getting comfortable with it and far too many corporations are getting involved with it and still ending up with the same outcome after spending millions to thwart it,...come on people, get done and get over it, it's wearing itself out.
We all live on this massive ball we call Earth and we get one chance, the chance we call life. We are here to give it our best effort, without having to rely on the emmotions of others who have made themselves a better bed to lie-in. Everywhere I look, it's griping and moaning and for what?

Discrimination for discrimination's sake is indiscriminate. It shows a total discrimination towards an indiscriminate attitude. Far be it from me to discriminate against the indiscriminate or indeed the discriminate; but frankly the lack of discrimination in the indiscriminate is in itself discriminatory. To behave in an indiscriminately discriminate manner shows a total lack of discerning discrimination. As far as I am concerned the discriminate and the indiscriminate and even the indiscriminately discriminate, or discriminatory indiscriminate are but mere shadows of the those that are indiscriminately discriminate indiscriminates. This group unfortunately is always at odds with the discriminatory indiscriminate discriminates. They seem to have trouble getting their point across. They have not yet encountered the indiscriminately discriminate indiscriminates that discriminate; these are currently attempting a dissertation with the discriminatory indiscriminate discriminates who are indiscriminate.

unfortunately, discrimination occurs all the time & we all discriminate or are discriminated against every day. in Australia, the term discrimination is so misused that it has become a lucrative bandwagon for lawyers, bureaucrats & bludgers. I have ived in indigenous communities most of my life & all I can say is; if the indigenous are truly discriminated against, could I too be discriminated against please.

Try being truly discriminated against and you may change your mind. I have to agree that a lot of what is labelled 'discrimination' should be labelled 'life' instead but there are also moments in life where discrimination does occur.
"I choose you because you are good looking" is "life"
"I choose you although you can't really do the job because you are not disabled over you because, although you can do the job, you are disabled" is discrimination.
The problem is the bastards who use the first instance to cover for the second

I think the real problem is desk rumination. Far too much of it, IMHO.

SPANKY, I considered a version of the post without swearing but it just did not do the job as well so I chose in favour of the version which worked best.

On a serious note I do agree with the point about a difference between "life" and discrimination. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater as they say.
