Has the UN become a worldwide spy agency? The OSCE's Transnational Threats Department (TNTD) is a repository of secret threat ratings of airline passengers. The TNTD is comprised of four units - Action against Terrorism, Border Security and Management, Strategic Police Matters, and Co-ordination Cell, but also deals with cross-cutting topics, such as cyber/ICT security and POLIS, OSCE’s online law enforcement information system. What does this mean to Americans? It means the the TSA, CBP and the OSCE are secretly giving threat assessments to every airline passenger. And anyone of them could put a person on the No-Fly list for any reason. Imagine a worldwide OSCE police force that has the power to detain and stop people from travelling anywhere. Well imagine no more because the OSCE actually has a police force that could do just that. Below is a list of some of the things OSCE police do. Building capacities of the law enforcement to address transnational threats; Developing and organizing sustainable police education programmes; Organizing leadership and management training for law enforcement and government officials, judges and prosecutors; Strengthening investigative and analytical skills; Enhancing competencies in conducting financial investigations, in addressing money laundering and in seizing criminal assets; Developing community policing initiatives and police-public partnership; Addressing domestic violence; Assisting in strategic planning and threat assessments; Supporting information exchange amongst border officials; Facilitating information sharing and the exchange of best practices; Analysing and assessing lessons learned to develop guidance; Advising on legislation reform and institution-building; Promoting intelligence-led policing; Monitoring police work for compliance with international human rights standards; and Supporting regional and international police co-operation. The largest private security police force in the world could soon rival the UN's police force. The UN, OSCE and governments are close to creating a worldwide airline tracking program. Combine this with a global effort to track everyone's license plates and you do not have to be a rocket scientist to see how EVERYONE'S right to travel freely is in jeopardy. ** Few days ago in Victoria it was announced they would be introducing around 220 license plate reading cameras. Everyone should be asking themselves:
What the hell is the 2030 Agenda? Everything is being built around it, yet we have no advertising brochures? What's the bloody hell's going on with that? I know our whole education curriculum is being driven by OSCE and UN policies. Go to this OLO article and see: http://www.onlineopinion.com.au/view.asp?article=19888 "This is the work being undertaken by the OECD's Education 2030 Project, through which Australia and dozens of other paying collaborators hope to obtain guidance on what is referred to as 'The Future We Want'. Grounded in the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, this project's 'we' presumably refers to all who accept that the driver of schooling is the new god called globalisation." Look on Page 7 and 9 below and you'll see Aussies listed. http://www.oecd.org/education/2030/E2030%20Position%20Paper%20(05.04.2018).pdf Most are from ACARA, and you can see they are responsible for developing Australian education curriculum. http://acara.edu.au/curriculum People think we have democracy and that means we decide what happens in our country, but that idea is false - it's such a crock of shite. We get to choose our leaders; But those leaders can only lead within a very narrow range that has already been pre-determined, so that whats left to reside over, doesn't even really matter. This is why I try telling everyone that the deal is already done. Aussies don't really have any say in what goes on in this country anymore. Globalism and Political Correctness is the new western religion. Posted by Armchair Critic, Saturday, 16 February 2019 8:17:37 PM

Hey Philip S,
"220 license plate reading cameras" I told everyone ages ago they're building a transport control grid. - And they're using the threat of terrorism (which they created with related UNESCO migration policies) to justify it. But I'm a tin-foil-hat nutcracker. - You know how it goes... Anyhow: So you can't get on a bus without being identified. So you can't get on a train without being identified. Can't walk or drive 200 meters from home without being identified. - Even if you leave your trusty Google mobile phone / data collector at home. All the facial recognition and data matching will be done at fusion centres that collaborate all the different databases. And you most certainly won't be able to fly on a plane if you're on a no-fly list. This is not unexpected; - Par for the course actually - Posted by Armchair Critic, Saturday, 16 February 2019 8:33:18 PM

They, who ever they are, can't even stop illegal immigration.

Without a balance between high level and low level power there will be tyranny. Thanks for the thread Phillip S the issues you've raised are very concerning. I should read more about this phenomenon.

Hey ttbn,
"They, who ever they are, can't even stop illegal immigration." I'm not even sure they want to. If Australia's fertility rate was / is down to 1.8 then that means we aren't / or werent even maintaining our current population. But we're forecast for all this population growth ahead whilst also importing Africans and Muslims who have a much higher fertility rate. It seems like deliberate push for growth on an economic basis to me. - Paying back our national debt and growth seems to be the driver - Then you look at this situation in the context of this Climate Change agenda. Why would we deliberately push for global population growth if there was any ACTUAL truth to the climate debate? It doesn't add up. The new global narrative seems to be a rebranding: 'They're not illegals - they're migrants'. (And if you oppose them you're 'Racist') A push for Open Borders and ending sovereignty (Nationalists are vilified as Racist') - With a global transport control grid. AC,
As far as I'm concerned illegals remain illegals and I don't give a toss what the Marxists call me. Posted by ttbn, Sunday, 17 February 2019 2:38:27 PM

So they control how you're educated, then they control how you think.
They know where you are and what you're doing at all times. Next they want to control what you eat. http://www.brisbanetimes.com.au/lifestyle/health-and-wellness/the-three-biggest-threats-to-humanity-revealed-in-lancet-report-20190128-p50u1x.html The rulemakers will eat steak every night, while we get offal once a week. Besides it's only Europeans who call illegals 'immigrants'; not calling a spade a spade makes it easier for them not toughen up and kick the invaders out.

We have to manage who we help because we can't help everyone- we need our doctors helping Australians.

The end game is one world government but to achieve it one first has to have control over people.
The Chinese started with sesame credit it incorporates online activity, facial recognition cameras and other methods. Millions of people have been refused airline, train travel also bank loans refused, children refused entry to good schools, for people with a low score. Put bluntly it is to control the population, it is also in Canada but called something else without the draconian penalties, that will change. The five categories that Sesame Credit classifies its data into, have different weightings attached to them. Based on those, an algorithm determines a citizen's final citizen score, ranked among others. The scores in the ranking range from 350 (lowest trustworthiness) to 950 (highest trustworthiness). From 600 up, one can gain privileges, while lower scorers will revoke them. According to current plans, the final score and ranking will be publicly available. Surprised no one picked up on the part "Because 2396 was adopted under Chapter VII of the UN Charter, compliance with this obligation is mandatory for all Member States."
Some thought the Government was in control of Australia, well not all the time when the UN is involved. Posted by Philip S, Monday, 18 February 2019 9:41:54 PM

It's just as I said Philip S,
'We get to choose our leaders; But those leaders can only lead within a very narrow range that has already been pre-determined, so that whats left to reside over, doesn't even really matter. This is why I try telling everyone that the deal is already done. Aussies don't really have any say in what goes on in this country anymore.' - I did miss that quoted section, or else I just read it and it just didn't surprise me.. What did kind of raise my eyebrows (although I shouldn't be surprised) is the quoted relationship with Palantir. "Why would the UN hire Palantir and why would they help to create a worldwide airline tracking program?" I saw David Icke was banned from coming to Australia. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-02-20/david-icke-banned-from-entering-australia/10830064 It looks like Labor and Jewish lobbyists behind it. I had to ask myself: Why are British / Commonwealth born citizens denied entry to Australia? We all accept the Queen as our Head of State. - Moreso than Muslims, Africans or Jews. Is Israel more important than fellow Commonwealth countries? Why are these Commonwealth citizens denied their right to visit? This isn't just travel restrictions, (I'm not sure anything they've accused him of is illegal) It's a politically motivated attempt to shut down free speech and deny him revenue as well. China has banned millions of people from any number of activities for being labeled as 'untrustworthy' on the country's Orwellian social credit system.
Banned from things such as air and train travel, blacklisted individuals are being punished in a broad effort to boost "trustworthiness" among the 1.4 billion Chinese citizens tracked by the massive system. People with great social credit will get "green channel" benefits while those who violate laws will be punished with restrictions and penalties. Hangzhou, the capital city of China’s Zhejiang province, rolled out its social credit system earlier last year, rewarding "pro-social behaviors" such as blood donations, healthy lifestyles, and volunteer work while punishing those who violate traffic laws, smoke and drink, and speak poorly about government. Over 3.59 million Chinese enterprises were added to the official creditworthiness blacklist last year, banning them from a series of activities, including bidding on projects, accessing security markets, taking part in land auctions and issuing corporate bonds, according to the 2018 annual report released by the National Public Credit Information Centre. -SCMP According to the NPCIC report, Chinese officials collected 14.21 million pieces of information of "untrustworthy conduct" by both business and individuals - including failure to repay loans, illegal fund collection, false and misleading advertising, swindling customers, and - for individuals, acts such as taking reserved seats on trains or causing trouble in hospitals, SCMP reports. Meanwhile, around 17.46 million people who are "discredited" were prevented from buying plane tickets, while 5.47 million were disallowed from purchasing tickets to China's high-speed train system. Besides restrictions on buying tickets, local authorities also used novel methods to put pressure on untrustworthy subjects, including preventing people from buying premium insurance, wealth management products or real estate, as well as shaming them by exposing their information in public. A total of 3.51 million untrustworthy individuals and entities repaid their debts or paid off taxes and fines last year due to pressure from the social credit system, the report said. -SCMP http://www.blacklistednews.com/article/71161/china%C2%A0bans-millions-from-flights-trains-in-socialcredit.html Posted by Philip S, Thursday, 21 February 2019 7:52:49 PM

In China the government is cracking down on a much wider array of online and offline activities. If you fail to make a credit card payment, get into an argument in public or say the wrong thing on social media, you could suddenly find yourself restricted from conducting a whole host of normal economic activities. The primary marketing slogan for this social credit system is “once discredited, everywhere restricted”…
China’s social credit system rates citizens based on their daily behaviour, and this could range from their bank credit to their social media activities. With a tagline of ‘once discredited, everywhere restricted’, it vows to punish ‘untrustworthy’ citizens in as many ways as possible. This system sounds like something right out of a George Orwell novel, and even entire businesses can be penalized. In fact, it is being reported that 3.59 million Chinese businesses were added to “the official creditworthiness blacklist” last year. The following comes from the South China Morning Post… Over 3.59 million Chinese enterprises were added to the official creditworthiness blacklist last year, banning them from a series of activities, including bidding on projects, accessing security markets, taking part in land auctions and issuing corporate bonds, according to the 2018 annual report released by the National Public Credit Information Centre. On top of that, millions of ordinary Chinese citizens were restricted from flying and riding on trains last year for engaging in “untrustworthy conduct”… According to the report, the authorities collected over 14.21 million pieces of information on the “untrustworthy conduct” of individuals and businesses, including charges of swindling customers, failing to repay loans, illegal fund collection, false and misleading advertising, as well as uncivilised behaviour such as taking reserved seats on trains or causing trouble in hospitals. About 17.46 million “discredited” people were restricted from buying plane tickets and 5.47 million were restricted from purchasing high-speed train tickets, the report said. In other words, the Chinese government is banning enormous numbers of people from engaging in normal economic activities because they did something that the government does not like. http://www.blacklistednews.com/article/71190/is-chinas-social-credit-system-a-preview-of-the-coming-beast.html Posted by Philip S, Friday, 22 February 2019 2:19:49 PM

A recent article in Papers Please.org warns that the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) wants to check every airline passenger's background and send airlines an "Authority to Carry" before a passenger is allowed to board a plane.
"An iAPI system allows for a two-way communication in near real-time. The airlines transmit the API message on a per-person basis to the requesting authorities at the time of check-in, while law enforcement agencies have the opportunity to decide whether a certain person is allowed or not to board a plane by issuing a board/no-board message."
"The work of the OSCE spans the globe, encompassing three continents - North America, Europe and Asia - and more than a billion people."
Giving a private organization the ability to control the right to travel of nearly 8 billion people is horrifying.
The white paper warns that the OSCE and the International Air Transport Association are working together to track every airline passenger.
Thanks to the UN and its member states, the OSCE has been collecting close to 50% of airline passenger's personal information since 2017.
UN helped create a worldwide airline tracking program
According to the white paper the United Nations (UN) played an important role in creating a worldwide airline tracking program.
"In December 2017, the United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted Resolution 2396. Building upon previous Resolutions 2178(2014) and 2309(2016), it calls upon Member States to collect API and PNR information. Because 2396 was adopted under Chapter VII of the UN Charter, compliance with this obligation is mandatory for all Member States."
"Full implementation of Resolution 2396 represents a massive undertaking. To date, only 48% of OSCE participating States have set up an API system, while just 31% collect PNR data."
