How would you suggest the billionaires be abolished? Is it a maximum amount of money a person can earn sort of thing? After that all money needs to be donated, or otherwise will be taken away? It sounds simular communism. Don't trust that to follow through that well. If it's something different then restrictions on earnings, how would it be regulated so that billionaires are abolished?
One issue with the idea of abolishing billionaires is that they can just move away. And with that take their wealth with them and potentially their industry as well (though they might leave their businesses and just move out of the country so that their wealth can still come to them from the businesses they own).
Just some thoughts to consider. Though I get your intent on fairness that one person can have so much and another will have nothing at all. But I don't think this kind of idea will do anything except draw anger towards the rich. It won't help the poor. If it's to better the poor, or help any other economic status between poor and super rich, there has to be incentives besides frustrations on how unfair it is.
Perhaps there could be something that was instituted at the same time as the regulations against being a billionaire. Something to encourage more jobs and make it easier to start and maintain a thriving business. That way even if billionaires leave, the damage isn't as crippling.
(On the other hand if people could start their businesses without as much risk, and there were more jobs to make money, them no one would care as much about the billionaires. Because they're making it on their own as well).
