Have a few tips, pay the rent, keep it clean, do not cause problems for your neighbors, do not turn it in to a party house if your problems still exist go to both local member and who ever is to stand against them next election

Why are you being harassed? How are you being harassed?

Here's a link for you that may help:
http://www.qld.gov.au/housing/public-community-housing/reporting-anti-social-behaviour It gives the contact numbers, advice, online forms you can fill out, et cetera. Posted by Foxy, Tuesday, 24 July 2018 11:53:55 AM

Not saying, but if you live like a grub with filth all over the place. You haven't paid your rent, play head banging music loud all day & night. If you scream at the neighbours when they complain about the mess & noise then I'd be kicking you out as soon as I could get a skip.

Won't say why or how. Forget it.

We don't know where Jack lives, but to get even tut tutted in SA by the Housing Trust, you would have to be serial murderer, rapist, arsonist, war criminal - pretty much the worst human being living. Anyone in public housing claiming to be'harrased' by the authority in question has to be treated with suspicion.

It may well be our threads author has a few difficulties we are not aware of but if true he/she needs to forgive us and fill in the blanks, this world is not uncaring

It amazes me how anyone thinks living in public housing for most of their life is fair.
Fair dinkom, welfare in any form is a hand up, not a hand out, and unless the occupant is suffering a disability preventing them from working, there should be a time limit on how long a family can occupy one of these dwellings. Surely other people in need are entitled to have their turn in these heavily tax payer subsidised dwellings, or, is it as I suspect with many occupants, that being a case of up yours jack, i'm alright! Yes, the era of entitlement is strong and kicking, isn't it! Posted by rehctub, Thursday, 26 July 2018 2:08:29 PM

rehctub, Yep, & I just saw this on the Net & it fits with what you're saying. 'Lying is now the norm. The truth is not only unwelcome, it is offensive'. Posted by individual, Tuesday, 31 July 2018 9:06:34 PM

Yes, having not seen this poster before, one wonders if he/she will resurface.

rechtub we both know we do not agree on much, this thread? well suspect the poster has a problem, BUT how do we welcome a new comer here, do we claim the right to judge and target just because we are old inhabitants of the site? if so we are very wrong,he may well be a solid honest man with very real case, we however got near to agreeing on the subject of government housing, far too many use it dreadfully, far too many can afford to get out and stand on their own feet, because? far too many truly need it and are finding it far too hard to get it.

Anyone else had these “feelings” while living in public housing? If so what steps did you take to rectify the problems?
