It highlights how much we need small business. Often big business declines to take the risk because it has too much to lose.

Dead right . Liberal democracy was subverted by propaganda from the British Empire and Pentagon. Opium wars in China proved that.

Allen & Unwin have published several of Clive's lefty works; but it appears that they don't want to upset China with this one. There is the politics of it of course, but the publisher gets nicely priced printing done in the Middle Kingdom as well
