Do Aboriginies want to be treated equally in this country? They could after all move into any town or city in Australia get a good education and a job and live exactly the same as the rest of the population including all the other non white races who arrive here with nothing and do exactly that. The trouble is they want to stay remote and live like they did 200years ago but still demand all the present day advantages like hospitals and housing and grog etc. They need to decide which its going to be the past or the future.

If they want to live in the stone age then do it,but dont demand any of the advantages of the white mans world. Alternatively live in the white mans world and work like the rest of the country does for the white mans way of life. The white mans way of living doesnt just happen, its built with study and work and sweat and organisation.

My apologises to the Aboriginal people who have got an education and made a good life for themselves. They are leading their people by an example they should follow and thats the point I'm trying to make here. You cant have equality with just the advantage part of equality you have to take the responsibility part of equality as well.
