After three days of bass boom boom very loud music I warned my new indigenous neighbors that if they kept it going I would call the police.

They ignored me and told me it was their country and their music (I actually thought Bob Marley was West Indian) anyway I called the police.

The police came eventually and told them to shut it down which they did and gave them a 96 hour noise abatement citation.

The Sergent came into my place (we worked together once) to let me know the result.

While he was with me and his mate going back to the car they started it up again. I guess they thought the police had gone.

The police then went back in and confiscated all the sound equipment, which they can do for a breech of the citation.

Later that afternoon the neighbors and some friends started chanting, and drinking, outside my place, that I was a racist.

I was a racist because I wanted the law upheld.

Now I have a supreme court writ in using 17c against this *rick for defamation and he has the Abo' Legal Service telling me my action does nothing for reconciliation.

When I laugh it really hurts now.

I think when the government indicates a change the courts are
reluctant to act.
