so where is the new land going to come from?

Quite amusing arm chair, but this is a serious debate that no one seems willing to enter in to.

I suspect its because they realise there is a serious problem looming but just have this hatred for anyone claiming tax losses, this despite many relying on just that for a roof over their head.

I have even been communicating with Mr Eslake (my bad on spelling his name wrong before) and even he seem reluctant to approach this on an open forum.

Why?

This is such a serious issue yet nobody seems willing to debate it.

If you are a home owner/investor, or like myself both, then you should be worried because this policy could have an adverse effect on the assets value/s.

If you are a renter you should also be worried because there is a high chance your rent will increase quite substantially.

Why are people brushing this topic aside.
