You seem to know far more on this subject then I do.
And I respect both your opinion and your knowledge.
I'm merely being optimistic - based on the various
articles I read on the web and what I hear from
relatives living in Germany.

As I stated earlier - it will be interesting to see
what Germany decides to do next. The question of
renewables is a contentious issue for many people.
