Once the warning was given she had time to go to sea and find safe Anchorage, some of her crew want to know why she did not.
While most of the fuel and oil could be pumped of if at sea it is a hard task while she sits in that place.
Some fuel and oil will not be pumped out even at sea I doubt it all could be removed.
