Tally, how can anyone trace the contents of your yellow bin, when the truck collects multiple bins each time. Remembering, the only time the contents are inspected is at the debot.

This is a P/R exercise Rehub..however one of the points Iam trying to make is, that the GREEN BIN is not processed and the YELLOW BIN IS! Computers might be simpler example:)
