The Australian Gov intend on dismantling clubs because of criminal activity. They are bringing in anti MotorCycle Club laws, which will effect all clubs taking away our civil liberties to associate with others that have an interest common to each other. RSL Clubs, Fishing Clubs, Football Clubs any Club that has a member with CRIMINAL conviction. Do we realise were this could lead?

Welcome.
But grab any tiny bit of reality you can.
Doubt too many agree RSL clubs are in danger.
It is a fact motor cycle clubs, wearing colors, are proud to be seen as the 1%
And that each has at least some criminal activity's carried on in its ranks.

clearly few do pinn
it began long ago..during the howard reign
public liability shot up over night..three times its previous rate[1996/7]

it shut people down from 'talkiing'
got rid of much we recognised as having values[many stret parades/horse riding clubs/and other groups stopped having their fundraises..or reason for being]

i recall there was fear in the hemp camp[re mardigrass public liability insurances]...[ended up the business insurances coverd it anyhow]

but the thing was we didnt get together and change things
sat idolly by as war was declared on people groups[as govt sold off assets and plunder the public trough..drove up its adgneda

and got its kids installed into private prisons
run for corperate proffits..[se the drug industry..is about the only steady cash flow..many drug lords [read capitalist's]..have

much old/new .money..got it by selling drugs
but bikies been getting it direct..[not via bad cops]
so someone..shoots a few shots..gets it into the media
instant bikie war

but guess what
who next..first they came for the sick and old
then feeble homosexual..and pole...and in time jew
but when will..they come for you?

yiour body in a private prison..wil earn a few bucks a day
but your work//done for ENSLAVED wage rates..will earn a bonus

for the dude investing YOUR SUPER..into private prisons
and riot control and spying/war drug industry

and our mr bigs
want it back ..from the bikies

govt should be seizing assets/procedds of crime
beginning with the multinational corperate trust/tax/money/media/medicine industry

renting back to local govts
roads/sewarage systems[with huge default clauses
wrought by colluding treason[official malfeasence..into odious debt

tax the big fish
..before it attacks..individual or local industry

take the plant
from the drug act..gen 1/25/27

Pinn, there are 'clubs' and then there are 'clubs'. I frequent the 'clubs' which have a bistro, beer and light entertainment. then there are the other 'clubs' which have bashing, drugs and shootings I don't frequent those clubs myself. However we have to be careful not to interfere with peoples "civil liberties to associate with others that have an interest common to each other"
But, and its a big but. If the overriding activity of the 'club' is a criminal one then action must be taken.

Good point, but moving away from OUTLAW MotorCycle Clubs, the fact the parliment can push through new laws or amendments unnoticed, that will effect citizens/detainees/club members, that have no connection with the original amendment ie: retrospective amendments to an Act/llaw.

Belly, I'll be at the RSL tonight, with my partner, dinner, a band (old school) and a few beers. yes we Greens do normal thinks like that. Here again we may both be on the same side of the fence. I hope no OUTLAW MOTOR CYCLE CLUB members turn up, could get a little bit out of hand if they did. I welcome anyone who keeps the peace and these people don't have a good record on that score.
Going to a Green BBQ tomorrow, some red meat for me, we are not all vegans and veg people either. My partner is Maori and Green and do they love their meat them Maori, I tell T its a hang over from when they were eating us Pakeha's.

We all have our prejudices and misconceptions about others. I've always thought of myself as a liberal minder person (liberal in the true sense of the word) and not one to judge 'a book by it cover'. As I said in my previous post my partner is Maori and until I met her I had little contact with Maori and had a preconceived idea of Maori people, and I hate to say a somewhat prejudiced view, "a bad bunch" and if you were to meet T's 2 bro's and other family members and extended family members ( right out of Once Were Warriors) you too might formulate a misguided opinion of these guys. Bloody softy's if you ask me (maybe not) but they welcomed me into the whanau as 'one of them' can't ask for more than that. They have their ways but I've been to many Maori gathering here and in NZ and never any trouble up too 1000 people (and one pakeha, well maybe more than one, seemed like one). Can't judge a book by its cover.

oh no,watching the box sat night, these laws will also effect our warfies, dock workers, just through association. I'm no intellectual genius but can still see and understand, ramerfications of these laws. It will be like the flu, nothing to worry about, still might get it...
