This measure will increase the size of the workforce but are 67 year olds fit enough to work?

How many people over 60 do you know who are confident they can see well enough to drive at night?
How many builders labourers are over 40?

The retirement age ought to be dropped to at least 50, so that all the people who have paid in a working-lifetime of superannuation can start to spend the monies thus tied up.
This would bring about a boost to the economy, especially the internal tourist industry although a lot of retirees may decide to travel o/seas.
Early retirement is going out of favour but it would be a good idea if compulsorily applied to polititians, High Court judges and other dodderers who at present are allowed to flounder on even into senility.

I personally believe that there should be no retirement age. Do what you want to do, if you are 40 or 80 and you want to retire, go for it. If you are 75 and like to hammer nails, serve the customers, do the accounts or do whatever you do, that is cool as well. Old age does not equal poor work performance.

The old age pension should be paid to any person who qualifies
at 65,whether. you work or not.
This will stop the fraud of pensioners doing cash jobs.
You should be entitled to work as long as you are capable,ie Judges working till they are 85 as many do now.
