Does Channel 7 expect to get away with paying Ben Cousins $600,000 to talk about taking drugs?

Please.

Some faith might be restored in these people if he donated all the cash to all the charities on the street trying to help drug affected kids.

If I was going to make a doco about paedophiles I'd be interviewing one, same as if I was making a doco about alcoholism, I wouldn't waste my time with a teetotaller.

Now if I wanted to make a point about how drug addiction can screw up your life, I feature a junkie.

I would also expect to pay a person for revealing just how stupid they've been. Of course, those who have never ever done anything dumb are free to judge, but they also look like ignorant gits.

The "real" question is NOT the documentary.

The "real" question is NOT whether or not he gets paid.

The "real" question is...... what will he do with the money if he gets paid?

Personally I don't care if they pay him $10,000,000, as long as he donates 100% of it to a worthy cause.

Will he do that?
