Al
"...huge political LEFT WING netowrk of pseudo capitalists who shamelessly exploit the political machines for their own greedy slimy disgusting exclusionist GREEEEEEEED."

Surely this would mean they are pseudo socialists rather than the other way around. I assume you also hold contempt for greedy capitalists or is this angst reserved only for perceived socialists which clearly the ALP has moved further away from over the last 20 years.

Anyway Al what makes you think socialists cannot be corrupt in the same way that capitalists might be. You are too focussed on labels which only makes your view limited to what it wants to see.

As KH said - why do the people of NSW keep voting in these chumps

Pelican surely you are not impressed with Boazy over use of letters?
Labor in NSW is only there because it is a four year term, they are living on borrowed time.
But Bob Askin and Neville Wran did not have halos.
Not defending the grubs but saying others are nearly but not quite as bad.

Oh Al, family what. That group of truly ignorant ultra conservative fundamentalists.

NSW labor are gone, i can not wait to get to the polling both and boot them out. Federally speaking it is a bigger problem. Labor have managed to mis manage everything and unfortunately they don't seem to have got the point. But to even consider Tony Abbott as an alternative is scary. So where do we go? continue with labor and run the risk that they will perpetuate the disaster, actually it could get worse as you know , if the greens get the senate they could encourage a deal over an ETS that would play into the hands of the greed machine.

Tony, well Ok the budget will look great, but anyone in business knows that it is not so simple. restrictive policy on work place relations, pitiful immigration policy more social divide and total lack of infrastructure investment.

What to do!

Before everyone does a Chicken Little, where is the evidence of any wrongdoing?

Contracting and purchasing are subject to stringent guidelines to ensure independence and ethics in decision-making. There are audits to ensure that is the case and large projects are always subject to independent scrutiny.

Cornflower let me say I get only pain out of giving evidence against the failure that is NSW Government.
No idea if the lady that window dresses this sham mob is guilty of any crime other than keeping the stinking mess afloat, but.
Government contracting out in rail RTA and other internal things has stolen funds without shame?
millions in the case of rail and former unproductive failures in some departments now win contracts and do so within the departments they once loitered at.
employing part time workers [within an ALP government] who get less than award wages.
Road construction contractors, well one day we may know just how bad that system is being plundered MARCH day one in the rebirth of NSW Labor a big task made easier by the destruction of self interest in the train wreck to come.
but nothing to do with federal politics note very few me included know or care about Liberal policy's we just want to empty this rubbish bin.
