If it's true that these were Wayne's words on that website, (I haven't been able to locate it), then, Wayne, what do you think of this Jewish elderly lady who was murdered last week?

Celivia, I've not managed to find the sites either. The SHM article refering to Wayne's use of the Bindi Irwin domain name lists a couple of other domain names which now seem to go to Ruddock and Vanstones official websites.

I did find circumstantial material but nothing so far which conclusively links Wayne to the spread of hate material.

What I found is claims that one or more users of an IP address owned by the Qld State Library have sent nasty messages under the name Wayne Smith as well as repeated vandalising of Wikipedia (especially in regard to Israel related topics) and from the same IP address material relating to Bindi Irwin and Australia Zoo. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:203.10.59.63 for some of that history or use a favourite search engine and search on the IP address.

Nothing there proves that this Wayne Smith is the person with such hate to spread.

Wayne - any comments on this? Are the claims made about your views on the Jews and Israel substantially correct or mostly wrong? If correct how do you see the relationship between those views and your original post.

Wayne would appear to have had 2 weeks to come back to you with response.

On the balance of probabilities, WayneSmith's absence of response leave me with no alternative than to assume the veracity of Yales statements.

Smith was booted out of the forums. He is a linkspammer and vandal. He posted at the forum in order to plant fake links.

The admins have removed the links and banned his ID.

He will, of course, return with another ID and continue.

I guess the WayneSmiths of the world are a liability we will have to get used to. So much can be done on the interent beyond the national boundaries of "regulatory authorities" and what this person does is just one of the problems (gangs of creditcard hackers being another).

I guess when he can get a reward based on people travelling to his sites then he will continue to do it. For myself, if I were paying someone for advertising hits, I would look closely at what my site was being associated with.

Although it is said there is no such thing as bad publicity, not all publicity equates to good business outcomes.
