That's what you find when you scrape the bottom of the proverbial political barrel - manure.

If Premier Rees is up to his neck in manure, its not Labor Party Manure its Liberal Party Manure, created by the Liberal Party in 1970, adopted by closet Liberals in the Labor Party, in order to forge an unholy alliance with big business, so that they could sell political patronage, to the highest bidder, one of whom was Abe Saffron, whose bags of money went to whoever was in power.

The unholy alliance was originally between Norman Allen, and Robin Askin, the Liberal Premier, and Abe Saffron if Abe’s disgruntled son is to be believed. He was delivering $5000 in 1970 money a week to Norman and Robin, and when the government changed, the recipients simply changed too.

It was business as usual, and the Independent Commission against Corruption, ICAC was really I Cack, and designed so that any allegation of corruption could be whitewashed, and no Court ever got a look at organized crime in New South Wales. The latest dose of corruption in New South Wales involves Bringelly and the growth centre down there, where 4.5 million worth of land is in the process of being turned into $450 millions worth, with help from Joe Tripodi.

The Land and Environment Court is another of the whitewash factories, and until New South Wales abides the laws of the Commonwealth and starts including rank and file citizens in the business of that court, as mandated by Paul Keating’s government in s 45 Trade Practices Act 1974, it will continue to be a whitewash factory, where justice is sold to the highest bidder. S 45 Trade Practices Act 1974 would have effectively stopped corruption in New South Wales if Howard had not forged an alliance with Carr not to enforce it, and allowed Mick Keelty to do his job as delegate of the Governor General. The Governor General and Commissioner of the Australian Federal Police Tony Negus have the same duty to enforce the laws of the Commonwealth, but currently neither is up for it. Nathan Rees can set New South Wales free by having the NSW Police compete freely
