pirate and they go be so with impunity. If you sink the pirates
and their boats, they won't be around to be more violent.

They already have a civil war in Somalia, he with the most guns
rules. They buy them with money from piracy.

Somalia already is a war lord economy. That is why piracy thrives.

A two part solution.
1. Institute compulsory convoy system.
2. Send small well armed patrol boats into Somalie ports and destroy
every small boat of the type used. This will mean the end of fishing
but tough tts, they are tolerated, so the tollerators suffer.

Its a tough world out there leaving no room for trendy thoughts in
crime prevention.
