The phone companies are doing the ripping off buddy.

Phantom txts, blank voice box messages, having TO PAY to retrieve, etc etc it's a total scam and we're WAY over paying for pathetic service and coverage.

Bit surprised we did not hit the ground running on this one.
Along with security on the web it is becoming a real story we one day will hear much more of.
In my mad dash at work this past few weeks from north to south then back again one story after another has been on radio about damage done to the unwary on the net.
St G yes so it is true? well 12 months ago insulted at the land line providers service I left the so called Australian telco forever.
Installed a radio hone, about the same monthly costs as wire.
Had to buy a phone, but worth it it is far better than any rented on.
BUT 12 months contract and can not get out of it.
It does not work here.
Hills plenty of them, repeaters are too few and too far away, and behind hills.
So in two months my home phone will be a mobile top up $30 every three months.
same brand as my family free calls to them.
Work calls on work phone and few on my home mobile.
Satellite for this as lines here do well to carry phone and not even that after rain, all just 128 klm from a big City?
