It was the last submission in your reproduced list that caught my eye.

Submission number 40, by Chevron Australia Pty Ltd, can be downloaded from the page to which tomw has provided a link. The download is a 54 KB PDF file, 13 pages in length. For the benefit of those with a cluttered desktop, or wherever it is on their computer that such downloads go, the file is titled 'sub40.pdf', should there be need to search for it.

From it you can learn:

I wonder whether Chevron will get to have the last word as to the precise shape of the CPRS?
