I am not sure he foresaw the carbon tax, but we needed a additional electricity from somewhere, and someone had to pay for the capital cost of getting it.

dont build NEW car's
use the one you got less
dont build solar cells [that uses more energy]
simply use less[if we really have a problem stop and think]
will more industry help or make things worse

but industry needs a new tax to keep producing
a self fullfilling delusion
