I think we have exhausted the threads topic.. I don't think anyone would disagree with the following:

1/ Head master should have consulted the school council
2/ School should have sent a newsletter to parents (assuming council approved)
3/ Subject to feedback a reasonable decision would be made.

We cannot assume with certainty that Henson was only looking for potential nude model children, but it's probably a safe assumption that he might have had that in mind for some.
