Good to be back!

After 2 months of travel across the world, jet lag, holidays, wind-surfing, family and school reunions, meeting new people, dealing with family death (and new borns in the same week).

Good to see the same people enjoying heated debates re same issues: Boazy and Pericles (Getting a lot wiser Boazy).

What was really interesting is that the topic(s) of the hour in Sydney seems to be the same as everywhere else (ie global economy, interest rates, oil, democracy, Iraq, Iran, etc...)

Even though my jetlag wakes me up in a funny hour, I had to say G'day to everyone.
PS: Boazy, I don't believe I am saying this but I really missed you.
Coffe in the same place in Melbourne when I am there next time.

Peace to all (yes Coach you included),

FH

GINXY..... you have not been as prolific as the other ferals :) but you have been far more acidic..and more like a blunt intstrument.. or is that a sharp stick in the eye ?...they have been a tad more refined.. though CJ.. I have to call for the jaws of life to get him out of that little dark room full of BOAZ dolls.. where he has all my highlighted posts on the walls... err.. you don't have a little room also do you ? :)

cheers.

Fellow Human, welcome back.

I've realised that I've been falling behind in my duties.

Reading Boazy's post "Pericles and CJ morgan..bugsy, Ginx..and a sundry group of others have kept me busy :) *I have much work still*...."

Clearly it's time to redouble my efforts. I'm below the radar and don't even rate a mention. Woe is me :(

I can only plead that having an impressionable child in the house, I can't afford to have stuff like the best/worst of Boazy's posts up on display in case it does harm to my sons development. Some things are best kept for adults and are not for the eyes or ears of children. Likewise visitors or a more sensitive disposition should not need to be exposed to that stuff by accident. I dedicated locked room would be so handy. Still at least I don't see it on display when I buy petrol so things could be worse.

Congratulations to those who have achieved an honorable mention, you have done well and please continue your good works. I too have much work still ...

Yes, welcome back Fellow Human :)

We've been trying to keep Boazy honest in your absence, but unfortunately we haven't had all that much success.

Indeed, welcome back FH.

I look forward to your getting back into the fray...

I can only assume from your observation "(Getting a lot wiser Boazy)" that you have noticed our friend's new tactics of "write and run" - the wisdom being his ability to recognize far earlier when he has made unsupportable claims, and to disown them that much more quickly.

Promising. Quite promising.

ROBERT.. I quite agree.. a LOT of what we discuss here is NOT for child viewing.. not at all.. very much MA15+

You were not on "the list" because you do actually show balance at times..and you are more honest than the 'pack'....

Note Pericles post just b4 this one :) He sees nothing good.. he just finds new ways to criticize..

Pericles..I did not 'run' from your MASSIVE EXPOSE\ of the Greenleaf myth.. I'm quite thankful you discovered that.. I wont use it in the same way in future. From now on I'll say "He was a principle founder" and "He applied the rules of evidence to the Gospels" and "While he was a Christian, his integrity is difficult to question in regard to his application of the rules of evidence"

See? now thats progress :)

FH.. we both need to get onto Pericles and CJ and demonstrate that difference of opinion does not have to mean ill feeling....
Ginx... I think beyond repair at this point..
Bugsy... repairable...
Robert.. still hope :)
West... beyond 'beyond hope'

WE BOTH have much work :)

No need to make a big thing about it Boaz. Just recognizing that baby steps towards clarity and precision are being taken.

If I sound cross occasionally it is because you try the patience of a saint.

Or you would, if I believed in them.
