Herr Malum,
You keep warning us that "Lenin is penetrating our children" and that we must eject Marxists from society, as if every schoolteacher, social worker and Greens voter is secretly a Soviet mole in drag. You toss out Trotsky, Permanent Revolution, Subsidiarity, Nihilism, and Dostoevsky like confetti at a Nazi cosplay parade - all to convince us that anyone left of Tony Abbott is part of a Marxist mind virus. But when you call your enemies NPCs who should be talked past, not to - and say "we" (who?) must eject entire groups from society because we are "incompatible and antagonistic" - I don't hear Edmund Burke. I hear Julius Streicher. I hear Horst Wessel. I hear the language of elimination, not of debate. You say "Multiculturalism is racism," that democracy can't be trusted, that Marxist foreigners are subverting the West - and you want to talk about competing narratives? Mate, this isn't narrative theory. It's Mein Kampf with a thesaurus. How would you suggest we eject these non-existent Marxists, by the way? Using gas chambers like the Young Republicans suggest and the Trump administration passively support. What say you Nazis, für deinen vierten Reich? "Using gas chambers like the Young Republicans suggest and the Trump administration passively support."
That's very insensitive to the Palestinians. They've heard the stories about master races and concentration camps before and probably have a fairly good idea of what comes next. And to be fair, the young democracts probably feel exactly the same way about the young republicans... Posted by Armchair Critic, Friday, 17 October 2025 1:48:53 PM

I doubt it, AC.
//And to be fair, the young democracts probably feel exactly the same way about the young republicans...// The rhetoric from the Young Republicans (and the passive support of it from the rest of them) is almost certainly a direct result of the Trump administration openly refusing to govern for Democrats or Democrat supporters, and Trump's branding of them all as "the enemy within." It's ironic - the right has spent decades pretending the Nazi regime was a bunch of lefties, and now they're slowly starting to embrace their historical extreme. http://imgur.com/a/mlzMR3W Posted by John Daysh, Friday, 17 October 2025 2:04:22 PM

Hi John Daysh,
I haven't dug deep into the reports, just read a quick update from Vance trying to tone it all down, 'boys will be boys' and all that. Both sides have been at it like this at least since Hillary came out calling them all 'Deplorables'. that means we've had an entire decade of this type of behaviour. I have to say I think she was the one who lowered the bar down to the current level. She was probably only doing it to deliberately be divisive using identity politics to win votes. Trumps this and that and everything else... (So was she) I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Democracy downward spiral. USE BY DATE. Both sides have become too polarised. There's no unity or respect for democracy, because both sides detest the other. We might be getting close to Thomas Jefferson time. “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.” I think I'd rather see America eat itself with a civil war, than spark a global thermonuclear war between great powers on its way down the gurgler. You're all about unity and inclusion. Where do you think this mess goes from here? My guess is it won't end well. Posted by Armchair Critic, Friday, 17 October 2025 2:29:32 PM

You are getting yourself into knots with all those isms, you need to chill out. BTW, what's the difference between a Woke/Marxists and your everyday garden variety Marxist. Always trying to paint you Fascists-Nazis in a good light, now its Traditionalist you be. I suppose Adolf was a Traditionalist, after all he did like Wagner and German Sheppard dogs. Do you have a German Sheppard, and a collection of Wagner music? I bet you do!
