Firstly, I think it's the airlines fault for putting profits ahead of passenger safety.
Malaysian Airlines put their own aircraft and passengers at risk flying over an active warzone.

Secondly, I'm not convinced it was Russian BUK anymore than it could've been Ukrainian, who had the same weapons systems.

Thirdly, I'm not going to pay give any credence to a EU court when the EU has been a party to overthrowing the Ukrainian government shortly before the air disaster and making war against Russia.

And finally, if were going to talk about reparations then EU have been a party to the war in Ukraine where plenty of Russian civilians have been deliberately targeted by Ukrainian forces with weapons supplied by western countries including EU.
