In the coppers, we unofficially learn to write reports and complete other requisite in-house documentation in a clear and concise style but far from something a Skilled wordsmith might write. Many of those who regularly contribute to this Forum seem to write so much more eruditely than the average copper I know, me included.

A massive Chinese Army to our north, instead of us preparing to re-arm and modernise our military assets, we're arguing about 'the Voice', or political correctness, or how many different genders we can have in our laws.

Even an imminent jurist was so bogged down writing his obiter dictum that he tried so hard to appease the various genders present in his Court when he had his judgement published, neither he nor the various Officers of the Court, could establish the precise gender of the plaintiff.
