If federal politics was a Aussie rules game, then the 'Albo Animals' would be leading the 'Dutton Duds' a hundred nil, and its only quarter time.

The first quarter of the match up has seen team Albo absolutely run riot over Dutton and his collection of Duds. So far the highlight has been the abject meritocracy of the 'Noalition' opposition. Team captain Pete is a fumbler and a failure, on and off the field, he needs to be replaced before the second quarter begins, if for no other reason than the Dutton Duds are only to suffer a thrashing, and not a complete annihilation by full time.

There are plenty of of Noalition supporters on the Forum, any suggestion for a new Captain?

For once I have to agree with Paul, & that is really bad.

Albo is a really nasty bit of work, he is not content with winning & being able to implement Labor policies, he is a hater & wants to inflict as much damage to his conservative opposition as possible. In implementing them he is going overboard with bad policies which will not only damage the libs, but the country & population as a whole.

Gillard's legacy of the NDIS is already causing considerable damage to the majority, having generated a whole new nest of rip off merchants, & a huge wast of tax payer money, but this will be nothing compared to the damage Albo will cause with his hate.

Agree with you on Awful Albo; anyone less like a PM we have never seen. However, there is only an equally Far Left female - I can never think of her name - who seems to interested in the job. She would have won it if .... , she says.

None do more harm than those who go about doing good !
Anyone supporting decisions made without considering & demanding the degree of responsibility required falls into that category !

Al Bozo and his 40 thieves are riding high now. However, virtue signalling, and photo ops can only carry you so far. 9 months later the cracks are beginning to show as Labor's promises are broken one by one.

Promises:
1 Drop in Electricity prices: - Huge rises so far,
2 Lowering of Mortgage rates: - 10 consecutive rate rises,
3 Responsible fiscal management:- $25bn added to Labor's $T debt in 3 months,
4 No changes to super: - Tax concessions on large supers cancelled
5 Reduction in cost of living: Mortgages and inflation are outstripping wage increases.
6 Al Bozo's promise to reduce emissions by 45% by 2030 is a joke and will require about 10x what Labor is doing now.

When the voters start to realise how much worse off financially under Labor, the polls will begin to change.

Not only have the Albo Animals been kicking goals, they're been kicking behinds as well. Quarter time they leading 15-10-100 to Nil for the Duds.

However, Albo is not the question. The question is about that dud of duds DUTTON! How bad is he as a captain of the Opposition, and obviously, as I described the bloke as a fumbler and a failure on and off the field he has to go. Not since the days of the 'Pantsless' Mackie Snedden has the Noalition had such a pathetic leader. Although 'Pantsless' would dispute that if he was alive today with 'At least I got my pants off before the young lady arrived!" The question is a simple one; WHO SHOULD REPLACE DUTTON? Is FAT ALBERT still in the house?

In his latest play Dud Dutton wants to know why a bloke with $400 million in his Supa account should pay tax! Gotta give to 'The Dud' he'll fight for the "battler" to the bitter end.

Well I can't argue with an account of DUD Dutton not even turning up to play.
I think he might be more a NO-SHOW Dutton.
I don't think I've ever seen a bloke so completely inept as a pollie.
Even your mob the Greens run circles around him.
Who else do the Libs even have worth a mention?
Liberal Party is well and truly in the toilet.

Watched Question Time today for a bit of a laugh. This old bloke from the Liberal Party stood up to ask a question, he must have been 97 in shade. It went like this; " I want to ask the Prime Minister Mr Bruce.....now who is the Prime Minister, I've lost my little piece of paper...now where was I..." The bloke sitting next to the old fella whispered; "Sit down Stan, you can ask a question next week." Stan; "Is it bed time, I haven't had my coco yet." Pathetic.

And Al Bozo during a break in an interview had to be reminded not to jerk off to a picture of himself.

SM,

The topic is about who should replace the useless DUTTON, deflect all you like, but that's what its about. Painful as it is to you, that fool is leading the Noalition. and wants to be next PM. Who would you want PM come next election. Take one look at the Noalition and you realise it full of jerk off's (your words).

Dutton doesn't do much for me either, although he is definitely no worse than Turnbull. Only a Gillard could be worse than Turnbull.

Still we would be better off with the drovers dog, who would do less harm than Albo is doing intentionally.

Paul,

I guess that if Dutton is replaced he will be replaced as leader of the opposition by a Labor member that is not the INCOMPETENT Al Bozo at the next elections.

SM,

You see Dud Dutton as our next Prime Minister do you, the same Dud Dutton who joined the Queensland coppers as Constable Clod writing out parking tickets, and 10 years later was discharged still as Constable Clod, but unable to write parking tickets. The poor bloke couldn't get a job for himself, Macca's weren't hiring at the time, although he did try to pass for 15 to be a burger flipper, but it was a no go. Daddy had to sack some poor sod to give his boy Dud a job, in the family pickle business, as second in charge pickler! AND you think he should be our next PM, he would be an embarrassment. Imagine Dud meeting the American President; "Mr Joe, lets talk pickles?"

Paul,

You mean Dutton that left the police force and grew a business to a value of more than $100m.

Whereas Albozo and his treasurer Jim (tax and spend) Chalmers are supremely unqualified to run anything more than a corner tea shop with zero experience in the real world.

If one had to choose between Al Bozo and his 40 union flunkies and an extremely successful businessman, Al Bozo should be kicked to the kerb.

Dear Hasbeen,

Hate? Rubbish.

The only hate that has been on display is that shown by the two evangelicals in Morrison and Roberts for those unfortunate victims of the horrific Robodebt scheme.

That was pure evil in design and implementation and if there is any justice in the world it will forever taint your side of politics.

'THE GREAT LIE'

Histories revisionists, Dud Dutton the self made 100 million dollar, millionair, a bit like you. BUNK!

The facts are Dud Dutton left school and joined the Queensland coppers as Constable Clod, ten years later he was out the door, still with the rank of Constable. He left the coppers on the grounds he didn't have the confidence to drive a car! Wow! Dutton had spent a night in hospital and a week off work after crashing a cop car, Wow! He wanted $250,000 in compensation from an insurance company for what appeared to be a minor accident, Wow! Dud Dutton then went to work for his Old Man's (Bruce Dutton) successful building business, which the Old Man had started years before. Dud Dutton got in on the grouter, no way did this bloke make a $100 million. In fact it looks like he was a free loader on the Old Man's business, Wow! Who would want this failure as our next Prime Minister? Besides YOU!

Hi SteeleRedux,
"That was pure evil in design and implementation and if there is any justice in the world it will forever taint your side of politics."
When did any government ever display competency in anything?
I'm not sure Albo would even be competent in shoelace tying.
- He seems like maybe more of a velcro guy to me.

Hi Paul,
- What's this dirty deal Albo's trying to push through?
Not the National Reconstruction Fund but the Safeguard Mechanism?
Doing deals with David Pocock, who Labor needs to pass the legislation and who in return wants a ban on all new gas and coal projects in exchange for his support.
All these pollies are shonks.
I say we keep selling the coal and gas wherever we find it, what do the Greens want to keep the worlds poor poor, and drive up the cost of everything even more?
We need cheaper power not more expensive power.
When was the last time these morons went to Coles or Woolies?
- And not everyone in the world can afford wind turbines, solar panels and hydroelectric dams, why tie our hands with potential exports?

Pauliar,

LYING AGAIN I SEE.

As I said PD took over his family business. That had been running successfully for years is not in dispute, however, after PD took over it became hugely profitable.

I see that you don't challenge the fact that Al Bozo and his incompetent treasurer Chalmers have never worked in the real world.

Since Labor took over:

Promises:
1 Drop in Electricity prices: - Huge rises so far,
2 Lowering of Mortgage rates: - 10 consecutive rate rises,
3 Responsible fiscal management:- $25bn added to Labor's $T debt in 3 months,
4 No changes to super: - New tax on Super.
5 Reduction in cost of living: Mortgages and inflation are outstripping wage increases.
6 Al Bozo's promise to reduce emissions by 45% by 2030 is a joke and will require about 10x what Labor is doing now.

Snonky,

Dud Dutton has well and truly had his snout in the trough as reading your link clearly indicates.

"two childcare centres in question (owned by Dutton) have received more than $5.6 million in commonwealth funding since 2014" Hardly the $100 million you claim, but a big chunk of taxpayer money. The blokes in breach of the Constitution and should be booted from Parliament. Dutton as an LNP big wig was given the inside running from beneficial LNP governments in Brisbane and Canberra to allow him to "milk the system" by buying and then flogging off child care centres to government.

Abbott when PM had his 'Confessor' in Archy Pell, it seems The Dud also has his own personal 'Confessor' its Terry the Butcher. If Dutton becomes PM he'll be running down to his local chop shop for a bit of homespun advice from good old Tezza!

Shonky your article makes no mention of $100 million, why is that?

Why is Dutton arguing so strongly for a no tax on muti-millionaires supa, one should check out the 'Dutton Trusts' private superannuation arrangements.

Shonky,

The minimum age for employment is 13 in Queensland. If Dud Dutton was working to Tezza the Butcher at age 12, then Tezza was in breach of The Queensland Child Protection Act by illegally employing an underage minor and should prosecuted! Do you agree? Then again you are in favour of exploitation of children, as demonstrated by your 'Indian' comments elsewhere. You did say you instigated $30 million in cost savings for your new employer, was it a case of; "Sack them old dudes and get those kiddies down that mine shaft!"...Just asking.

Pauliar,

You need to be careful, your claim that I support child exploitation is libelous as you have absolutely no grounds.

I would suggest you look up the legislation before making yourself look like a complete village idiot again. PD was working for his family business for which this restriction does not apply. No wonder your business went bankrupt.

For big organisations, labour costs are only part of the group costs, and with the shortage of Labour here no one has been unemployed because of the changes.

Hi AC,

Your questions are fair enough, I do believe the developed nations who are the worlds biggest polluters per capita should not expect the poor nations of the third world to carry the can in equal measure when it comes to climate action. Australia, Canada and United States emissions per capita are as much as 40 times greater than many third world countries. China and India might be big polluters overall, but they are well down the list on a per capita basis, but they can do their fair share on climate action. The wealthy Arab nations like the UAE are climate criminals in my opinion. I don't expect small poorer nations, including those in our region should, or even can, do much about CO2 abatement without the developed words direct assistance, including Australia's help.

Do nothing is not an option, the cost of climate catastrophe with a do nothing policy is far greater in both human and economic terms than a take action policy, that's already obvious for all to see.

'Safeguard Mechanism' coupled with 'Carbon Credits' are a Labor cop out, they allow Australia's biggest polluters to continue on their merry way without having to do much at all. Put simply Labor claims they are requiring Australia's biggest polluters to cut emissions by 4.9% annually, but with carbon credits as an offset it simply allows the big P's to put their garbage into someone else's bin, at a low cost to them, and that someone else's bin is rather if'y at best.

"We need cheaper power not more expensive power." With technological developments that has been shown to be possible.

"When was the last time these morons went to Coles or Woolies?" I hope never, they should be shopping at Aldi! Its cheaper.
