Boronia Pre-Release Centre is an experiment gone right and ignores the crowd-pleasing rhetoric about 'toughness on crime'.

Prisoners need the oppertunity and assistance in self rehabilitation.
We continually hear of criminals breaking the law and returning to prison but never hear of the success rate of criminals who rehabilitate themselves.
Unfortunately there are groups in the community who dont believe in rehabilitation, they complain of lenient sentencing and if they had their way all criminals would be incarcerated for life or executed.
