Well we know as of this morning that the United States is “prepared’ to declare green-house gases a ‘health hazard’; the necessary gas, CO2 is now a health hazard, which will allow US officials to act against whoever is emitting these gases without reference to the US Senate.

Lunacy at its best.

I made a mistake. It's not just the Senate that has been cut out of the loop: it is Congress. The USA's elected representatives have been cut out altogether.

Even if Congress rejects the nonsense of CO2 being a health hazard, US officials can still take draconian action against emitters of the necessary-to-life gas, CO2.

How's that from the 'Land of the Free'? Another blow to democracy and sovereignty encouraged by Orwellian World Government.

Obama like Rudd is a one termer and both are lame ducks. The Senates in both countries can cause the demise of both leaders. Obama through impreachment and Rudd by cutting supply.

Don't dispair the US founding fathers like ours were much much too clever for these two opportunistic mouthy yobbos/intellectual lightweights.
