We will have to do something other than using air conditioners during extreme conditions, they are the most power hungry pieces of equipment we have.
Serious thought has got to be given to a cool place, maybe a self contained underground room.
With temperatures around 45%. The power system just would not cope with the exrta drag on supply. Thats 7% above body temp;
There has got to be cut off days when you do not venture to work, for some.
Elderly people will be most exposed. Not from heat alone, the hotter the air the thinner the air. Because of the thin air vehicles burn more fuel.
There needs to be some thought put in to account for your particular situation.
