Green intelligence: towards true ecological transparency : Comments

Or at least we hope that this is the case, and not just some clever promotion using the word 'sustainability' in a manner that is not in keeping with its true meaning.
The key to the development a sustainability strategy in Australia, the US or the world for that matter, seems to be to get the big business sector to come onside.
They are the ones that have the greatest sway over governments, not the voters!
So if we can just get a big company to show the way forward and demonstrate that conducting their business in a manner in keeping with a sustainability strategy for their society, country and planet, is actually beneficial for their business, then we'll....at long last....be on the right road to a sustainable future.
I hope to goodness that Wal-Mart is this company and that their sustainability index is genuine.
