The UN's selective intervention : Comments

Many are puzzled by what appear to be inconsistencies in the UN's peace-enforcement efforts. The answers lies in the Charter of the United Nations.

More obscure is the fact last Wednesday, President Ahmadinejad defiantly vowed that Iran has no intention of ceding to the main demand of the UN Security Council that it suspends uranium enrichment operations and proclaimed the country had defeated world powers.

Consequently... International Court Documents are generally not worth the paper they're written on.
