I wasn't aware that this was going on in the QRFS - what an eye opener.

Where I grew up, we all chipped in and lent a hand regardless of gender, I found it was often the women who kept a cool head in times of crisis, in fact that is how we were raised. There was no point "losing the plot" because often as a women you were the only one around to sort out the problem, men were often away and we were the ones that had to deal with it.

It just shows the concrete ceiling for women still exists and we still have a long way to go in some areas.
