The article is instructive and encouraging for a person like me who is an employee of Prasar Bharati - Public Broadcaster of India. Radio and TV in India belonged to Government. They were converted into autonomous corporation in 1997. For various reasons it has been facing a financial crunch. Employees remain Government employees and are to be transferred to the Corporation within a short period. Employees are afraid that Corporation may not survive and they may have to lose their jobs in the final analysis. Can anyone of you guide us?
