Not dobbing has its upside. It is a concession to human frailty and contribution to community spirit.

Charging for water use is OK as long as families with children are allowed extra water. Because otherwise this will just put more expense on families as opposed to people who dont already have the expense of raising children. And to those who say those people chose to have children so they should cop the extra expense. I hope you are prepared to go to war yourself because youll have nobody to go for you in future generations except other peoples children. And I hope you will accept the fact that there wont be any nurses or Doctors for you because all these jobs will be being done by other peoples children. You want the security and services of a community around you but you dont want to have the trouble or expense of having children yourself. Your future is dependent on people who do have children

There is a nasty element that seems to be getting worse in this society and that is jealousy, that the neighbours or friends may somehow be getting more than the dobbers. For god sake stop peering over your neighbours fences and sitting in judgement and adopting a holier than thou attitude. Unless its a serious matter like abuse or murder or something; worry about whats happening in your own back yard instead.
