Yes you will need to remind yourself to be positive but it does grate when other meaning well but with no idea tell you to "be positive and you will be OK". On a good day you can go on as if nothing is wrong, but on a bad day you need your cocoon. As your introspections subtly alter your outlook on life you will find there are many things that no longer interest you, and you will do things you would not of dreamed of before. Remember to stop and smell the flowers along your journey, the good memories will help you through the tough days.
I have been blessed with 1 year, 10 months and 13 days more so far!
