Yeah, 21m vs 1bn+ means were small by comparison, but per head...
If Australia's going to have any cred on this at all, we need to remedy that fact. And Liam's right, in that we've had our industrial revolution. China's just getting theirs.
You're right in that we need to look at how we can make this not only possible, but attractive for China. With such a huge economy, an incentive would require enormous investment from the global community. We've just got to decide whether we're willing to do more the just talk.
