I'm not a big fan of hunting in general, but the idea of a canned hunt is really sickening.

There is extreme hypocrisy here - while wealthy Americans are paying to shoot an animal in a pen, dirt poor African poachers are being told they can't hunt endangered species.

At least the poachers are doing it to make money. And there's probably more skill involved in getting into a reserve and getting away with an animal than just shooting a caged ram.

If you're going to hunt for sport, then fine. But make sure it at least bears a resemblance to a sport, not just bloodlust.

How utterly cowardly, but that goes for any type of hunting that is not for food and survival. Unarmed tame animals up against heavily armed humans...wow....gotta have a big dick to do that!

it seems that Dick Cheney cannot get off any more on killing caged animals, so now he oversees the massacring of caged people - Iraqis, Afghans, and soon to be Iranians? ... From Little Things, Big Things Grow.....
