I totally agree that henious crimes such as sexual assualt, murder,female circumsision etc should be universally punished under "western law". I do not believe in "one law for all" for crimes of lesser damage. In Victoria they have introduced a "Koori court" while its early days and success can not be fully measured the fundementals of employing such a strategy are relevant. Ater a the cycles of degradation. segragation , discrimination etc etc I do not believe a koori youth is given a fair hearing in 90% of the courts in Australia.
