Perseus, You are wrong and you know it. But that's okay - i forgive you. How does living in the suburbs make all city folk sleazy? What has the word "scumball", which you somehow associate with urban culture, got to do with city life? And you say I'm like a cornered "junkie with a DVD". I guess that makes you reasonable - if you say so. What is your point? Are you saying that all junkies who own DVD's are theives? I did not feel "cornered" when I wrote my blog. You clearly have an very low opinion of all city folk which is irrational.

The term "redneck" is a politcal term usually asssciated with racist, extreme-right wing ideas and intolerance of others' opinions -- the terms you use have nothing to do with anything political except your own little prejudices against city folk.

You say: "Ukrainian farmer analogy was clearly made to highlight your attempts to portray any rural views contrary to your own as either unrepresentative or subject to some sort of moral failure."
No you were cornered and rather than admitting your analogy re: Ukraniane farmers and Nazi's and murderous regimes etc has nothing to do with Australian farming practice or my blog so you reframed it.

And let me tell you i was not feigning anything as you claim.

This "debate" between you and I a good example of how the positive aspects of rural and city folk becomes secondary as the negative aspects are foregrounded.

Re: most of your assertions. Don't judge others by your own attitudes and methods.
