Though I aggree with the main thrust of your argument, I feel that your comments on the "West-End Anarchist" Brian Laver a tad unfair. I am no supporter of Laver however one does not want rewrite the history of Queensland. During the time of Joh, often it was only radicals like Laver or Ferrier or O'Neill who were willing to stand in the streets and speak truth to power, while others took a more comfortable position in their silence. You may not aggree with their politics but to deny them their right to speak on this issue seems a little over-protective of your own part in this history.
