So, occasionally, they donate [pocket money] from their fortunes,to charities instead of wasting it on lavish parties, weddings, divorces,holidays, jet planes, yachts and jumbo-sized houses. This makes them supporters of charities NOT patriots.

Dictionary definition of Patriot: One who loves his country, and maintains its interests; Patriotic: Inspired by love of one's country. Patriotism: love of, -loyalty to- one's country.

The donations listed above don't fall into the category of "Patriotism". after reading Big Al's accusation of 'violence and porn' I re-read the list of donors without matching a name to an example. 'Eyes Wide Shut' was a bit prurient, but then 'Our mega rich UN Nicole' is not on the list of charity working actors is she?
