Allowing foreign-flagged tankers to move transportation fuel from the US Gulf Coast to West Coast Ports is only a band aid for California’s humongous demands for transportation fuels.

Hi Dan,

Like California, Australia has been closing refineries and designing energy policy with the advice of just stop oil activists.

Witch hunting has never been unpopular.
