“What is the highest-value use to which this existing urban capital can now be put?”
Keeping in mind this point; on the one hand we have a housing crisis causing unprecedented homelessness, and on the other an office space glut.
A responsible Government would ameliorate this conundrum by restricting the building of more office space until redundant office buildings are completely utilised for more worthy and pressing needs
