The mythological UFO’s are for atheists intent to disproving the existence God: Another like the cultural replacement theory, to add beside the growing list of modern day madnesses.

There are no aliens lurking just beyond our ken.
This fiction endures because people want to believe there is someone else in control.
A shifting of responsibility away from themselves.
But we are responsible for the life we live.
Which means we should face up to life with determination.
And life is all about survival.
We manage survival by changing the landscape.
Moving stuff around: rearranging stuff.
Doing so makes it more agreeable for our comfort and convenience.
Additionally, we seek out whatever is edible, and gather that up.
Over time, we have 'refined' our ideas, and become 'civilised'.
But not all of the instincts we are born with are suitable for our modern approach to life..
We are still war like.
This leads us to cause death and destruction, motivated simply by an intangible idea.
Or we fight 'pretend' wars by engaging heatedly with sport.
However, in spite of all this, life can be interesting and rewarding.
Engaging with our less volatile instincts will allow us to have a more meaningful existence.
And it will allow us to engage peacefully with others to our advantage.
