Greatness recognises greatness.
Netanyahu will go down as the greatest leader Israel has had. From the late 1990s through to the present, he has taken a moribund Israeli socialist economy and revitalised it to become one of the most dynamic economies on the planet.
And while doing that he has made the IDF the most lethal and efficient (pound for pound) militaries on the planet.
And now he has, in the period of two years, utterly defeated and humiliated all of Israel's enemies from Hamas, to Hezbuulah, to the Houthis to Iran while watching Syria implode as its sponsors collapsed. He predicted at the outset of the war that the M-E would look very different once the war was over and he's been proven right.
A monumental achievement.
