This from a nation that can't even maintain it's rail network with 1200 derailments a year...

And a potential US$49.5 billion farm trade deficit, thanks to Trumps trade policies,
You can barely even feed yourselves, WITH the help of migrant labour.
I suppose you're going to need all the help you can get.

Wants to make war all over the world and can't even build ships.
Maybe the cannabis growers can get into bed with the energy companies?

China built a 1000+ klm High Speed Rail through the mountains of Laos, for 5.9 billion and it took 6 years.
How much have you spend on the military and foreign wars?

Maybe if you didn't spend so much starting conflicts all across the globe you might instead focus on building your nations infrastructure and becoming more competitive again rather than trying punish the world with trade tariffs to make up for your own failings.

It was your own capitalist greed which made you export all your manufacturing jobs and industry offshore, and now you blame everyone else.

Now you're down in Venezuela deciding whether or not you're going to try to overthrow and invade that country, another sham on false pretenses again.

If you don't like my attitude today, maybe it's because in your last article Ronald, you decided to invoke God and defend Ukraine attacking Russia like you want to start a WWIII.

Entitled: 'Ukraine targets critical oil infrastructure, a severe blow to Russia’s military and economy'

"Like the biblical story of Goliath vs. David, the underdog Ukraiane is attempting to place a dagger into the heart of Russia'a military and economy, by attacking Russia's oil refineries and pipelines."

- A war you helped start with US taxpayers dollars, using the Ukrainian people as your proxy army, a million dead as cannon fodder for stupid US wars of imperialism.

Pentagon chief’s Russia remarks show shift in US’s declared aims in Ukraine
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/apr/25/russia-weakedend-lloyd-austin-ukraine
"The US defense secretary’s declaration that Washington wanted to see Russia weakened militarily and unable to recover quickly, marks a shift in Washington’s declared aims underlying its military support for Ukraine."

Ringfence, overthrow and carve up Russia, then take on China.

What about 30 years of wars for Israel n the M/E to undermine Palestinian backers and defenders, thanks to Christian Zionists and the Israel lobby, AIPAC owned Congress and Pro-Israeli neoconservatives?

Don't you dare invoke Jesus and a Christian God for your own misdeeds.
Campaigns of death, how many women and kids are your bombs killing in Gaza?

Wesley Clark.
"This was being discussed as part of a five-year campaign plan, he said, and there were a total of seven countries, beginning with Iraq, then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and finishing off Iran." Clark regards the 2003 invasion of Iraq as "a huge mistake".

All the nations that provided support to the Palestinians.
- Like unleashing a cancer upon the whole western world, with Islamic immigration which has or is in the process of destroying western nations.

Ronald Stein steers away from his normal narrow range of "renewables bad - polluting power sources good" because the sun sets and the wind can drop off to talk about by-product utilisation.

This is an interesting topic in its own right and there are many examples of this: waste from petroleum products are used to make some plastics is just one of many.

Using waste heat and carbon dioxide in greenhouses is nothing new. The neighbourhood hydroponics dope grower knows the value of added heat and CO2.

The fact that some waste products from polluting energy production sources can be utilised by initiatives in technology is not necessarily an argument in favour of increasing pollution from those sources.

The fact that these initiatives are directed at reducing pollution in the first place only highlights the harmful flow-on from these polluters

Hi AC,

The question I sometimes see posed is "How many people are being killed in the world each day?". Over 30 Christians killed daily in Nigeria for the crime of being Christian. Many more in the rest of Africa I should think, Mali and Mozambique for example. Lots more killed in the civil wars in Syria and Yemen. Well over a million dead in Ukraine. Any direction you travel will take you to another tragedy.

So why do we almost exclusively hear about killings in Gaza? They are at war with Israel, so it isn't like they are dying for the same reason as the Christians in Nigeria. Marches every day in nearly every western nation. I hold to the conspiracy theory that the marches are sponsored by Hamas with the backing of at least Iran, Nazi China and Nazi Russia, and probably a few other countries as well. I don't discount any killing: It's all horrible, but death in Gaza is no more a tragedy than death elsewhere.
