Of course we're ready for the next pandemic. Since COVID, what little manufacturing capacity we had has shrunk even further. We're on the UN pathway to net zero, whether via renewables or nuclear. We've got all-time levels of immigration and population growth. What's not to like?

I noticed some migration Lawyer companies are now encouraging tourists to jump on the bandwagon whilst they're here on holiday. They simply just have to claim they fear for their life if they return home !
