Filling an intellectual void to save democracy and humanity : Comments

By Shann Turnbull, published 30/8/2024

Both existential risks to humanity and democracy are being driven by universities. They can only educate our future leaders to be more effective dictators.

And which dictator will take all this on board to shoot himself in the foot with?

Humanity is sleepwalking into a ghastly future. This is because of an intellectual void in university education.

Wrong, so terribly wrong ! Wrong as only an intellectual can be !
It is because there is no void in these useless circles, there are way too many of them interfering with the indoctrination we're suffering right now !
Only a void of intellectuals can offer an improvement in education & lead to a better future !
Just look at their present legacy, the Woke & Political Correctness, Race Politics & general dumbing-down of students !

I agree with the idea of nested self governing entities, this isn't new in a sense both the Roman's and the Catholic Church used subsidiarity, which is essentially the same.

The concept of "Social Cybernetics" 2nd order cybernetics (there's also 3rd 4th, etc cybernetics), is based on the idea that societies are social machines where the "atoms" can think for themselves and have choice. This is subtly different to Frederick Taylor's theory but seems to be related. From memory John Anderson and Parsons were important figures here.

Apparently Cybernetics is out of fashion with the Woke Marxists at the university academies.

Indyvidual- thanks for the video explaining the links between Woke/ Marxism and Islamism. There are links with Hebrew's too. Strange to see both Islamist's and Hebrew's both in league with the Marxists at different points. Quite a complex political landscape

All three philosophies- Marxism, Judaism, Islamism seem to be all Middle Eastern/ Asian philosophies in a sense.

Marxism is apparently similar to what Machiavelli called the Turkish centralized model of sovereignty/ government. Where the army is loyal to the sovereign by using rotating officials, rather than European lords with personal armies nested within a larger hierarchical superstructure.

The saddest fact is that the stupid, presently the Woke & the Left in general, would fight tooth & nail not to let any decent leaders to take the helm. Curbing the excesses of the non-contributing i.e. curbing parasitism is their greatest fear.
The most frustrating part is that we have those types on the Right as well but fortunately to a less harmful degree.
The sooner the stupid realise & accept that others should not be expected to be their for them to provide the sooner actual progress can be made. Intellectuals are good at talking the talk but incapable of walking the walk !

Answer- The job of the people that see the truth, is to wait until others see the same as us, while we can't get eggs at the supermarket, inflation increases exponentially, and the deficit is at 10 billion dollars.

You and I, Indyvidual will be ok because we are capable of coherent thought. Others will find themselves squeezed, and the Woke Marxist bureaucrats will push for more red tape and taxation undermining the very production that could relieve the people- all in the name of anti-slavery- but in reality is pro-slavery.

The Woke Marxist's never consider (or maybe they do) that with an environment that encouraged production there would be more eggs on the supermarket shelves, and the people would feel less enslaved- they strangle production and then blame the producers- and the people don't see it because the "people believe the words rather than the actions".

Those that produce seem to use the fear of the risks of new players keep their markets for example in the food industry (where food safety is a risk) rather than seeing the risk of insufficient food

Comment- The most frustrating part is that we have those types on the Right as well but fortunately to a less harmful degree.

Answer- The so called right wing parties (such as the Australian Liberals, US Republicans, UK Tories) are made of two groups- the capitalists and the traditionalists- with the capitalists dominating. But Traditionalists on seeing their parties moving to the Woke Marxist Policy side (Left side) (for election and business tactics) see this as a failing strategy. There is also possibly a third group US Rino's (Republican's In Name Only), UK Tory Wet's. This has caused a rise of Traditionalist Parties to protect the vested ancestral interest in the nation. Many have said that the people haven't left the major parties but the major parties have lost touch with the people. This is epitomized by immigration policy.

Comment- The sooner the stupid realise & accept that others should not be expected to be there for them to provide, the sooner actual progress can be made. Intellectuals are good at talking the talk but incapable of walking the walk !

Answer- Intellectuals now indoctrinate a higher proportion of the population than ever before. Taking over from workplace training. The argument could be to ensure a high level of consistency in training, but in reality it's to increase the power of the university academy and downstream institutions. The university academy is now more powerful than the elected government. Cracks have appeared in this system that focuses on theory rather than experiment, on opinion rather than reality- in business the skill of practitioners is tested against nature and the winner is the one with the greater profits.

University intellectual academics are the blockage, that is stopping the human productive force from getting out of the bottle. But as soon as the production gets out of the bottle the people will realise that the academics shouldn't have the power they have, so fraud has become the intellectual "raison d'etre" reason for existence. Stop the academic theoretical aristocracy.
