By Murray Hunter, published 24/6/2024

These cases will also define the scope future authorities might have in laying down draconian regulations on their citizens in the future.

"Pfizer used confidentiality agreements to conceal critical data relating to the safety and efficacy of its Covid-19 vaccine. In addition, Pfizer utilized confidentiality agreements with governments around the world to conceal information."

That means Pfizer was passing out this information to governments (including the FDA, TGA, EMEA etc. and other health departments), who were I presume wilfully ignoring it...

Pfizer's data would have been completely open to the regulatory agencies.

WTF?

The author states: "These cases will also define the scope future authorities might have in laying down draconian regulations on their citizens in the future."

I don't know what draconian regulations the Kansas government enacted so let's just stick to our part of the world.

The National Library of Medicine reported on studies in New Zealand in November 2023.

The conclusions reached include:
" ....found no statistically significant association between BNT162b2 (Pfizer vaccine) vaccination and the majority of the 12 selected AESIs, including AKI, acute liver injury, GBS, erythema multiforme, herpes zoster, arterial thrombosis, CVT, splanchnic thrombosis, VTE, and thrombocytopenia.

And "....a statistically significant association between BNT162b2 and myo/pericarditis was observed..... (of)one and three excess myo/pericarditis hospitalisation events per 100,000 persons.

That's hospitalisations not deaths.

That's an increase of 0.001 to 0.003%.

According to the Australian Department of Health and Aged Care (November 2023):
"Vaccines can lead to death in extremely rare instances. However, most deaths that occur after vaccination are not caused by the vaccine."

The actions of the Kansas State Government may be more political related then health related.

Thanks Murray Hunter for the article.

I recall Ben Goldacre's TED Talk on Bad Science talking about Tamiflu and the lack of information provided to 'The Cochrane Group' and governments on it's mortality efficacy.

The TED Talk seems to 'modify' Anthony Bishop's claim that the government had the information.

Anthony Bishop said "Pfizer's data would have been completely open to the regulatory agencies."

Sounds like Anthony Bishop is trying to pass the responsibility for vaccine failures to governments. I'm sure there is blame on both sides. Governments aren't experts in medicine unlike pharma companies.

I agree with others that say governments need to take responsibility for the lock downs and mis-government. The vaccine companies need to take responsibility for the vaccines
